Current Projects
INOVA’s unique Systems-Built process allows us to efficiently build on any lot, anywhere. Unlike production stick builders that need large parcels of land to get economies of scale, INOVA is able to choose from viable project locations from varying geographic areas. We can build a vacation home on the coast as easily as we can build a retirement home in the Texas Hill Country. Taking that idea further, we’re able to build custom homes on “scattered single” lots in old neighborhoods like the Heights in Houston.
Below are just a few of our current projects:
- INOVA is currently working to become a “preferred builder” for a large coastal development company that has acquired some of the largest development project sites in Texas Gulf Coast history.
- Another large developer from Hawaii has requested that INOVA help him build homes in his 700 lot Bolivar, Texas development.
- INOVA is working with several custom home clients, to get their architectural drawings converted to the engineered plans our factories need.
- In keeping with our Company’s mission, INOVA is also considering working with a Houston Community Development Corporation to build up to 100 “pre sold” homes.
