One question we are often asked is, "Are your homes as good as site-built homes?" We take great pride in answering, "Of course not, they're much better." INOVA builds homes to suit our client's tastes and desires. Each client meets with our in-house Design Director, and after consulting with one another plans for your new home are drawn up. INOVA works hard to achieve every design element that any client envisions and we can typically incorporate any ideas into our off site construction process. There are occasionally slight changes needed as we transform architectural drawings to engineered plans, but our team is experienced and is always able to find solutions.
